Fist Rose i have my finger crossed for you and your cat. Its horrid when one of our pets become ill, because they are part of our family.

I have my little cocker spaniel with me she is
called lavender.
I absolutely love her and she is devoted to me.
She misses her dad so much it is so sad to see
Her down.
I try and be jolly and she has her walks.
She keeps me going I wouldn’t want to be
Without her.Now I have to be strong and get
Going for her.

We do daft things for our dogs,we had a pretty unused room downstairs and turned it into a mini living room and bedroom for our two girls,I had French doors put in so they could run in and out of the garden,we would sit in there and watch them chasing all sorts of wildlife around.

We had a cocker spaniel called Rosie she passed away 13 years ago. As a young dog she developed an allergy to grass .
So my Sam who adored her had all the grass
Lifted in our very large back garden and had gravel put down.
It looked horrible but at least our little Rosie
Could go into the garden.

Just reading back, sorry your cat is poorly, Rose.
We had four cats between us when we got married. Sadly they all went one by one.
I won’t get any more even though I love cats. You get so attached to them.

I am having a night out tomorrow. Can’t remember the last time I went out. We were always happy to stay in.
It is a Queen tribute band. A widowed friend asked me to go with her weeks ago. It seemed like a good idea at the time. When I said yes, I forgot that it would be dark. She phoned me yesterday and said she had got the tickets.
Now I wish I wasn’t going.

Aww. Please go…you are doing me a favour. My husband LOVED Queen. I played one of their songs at his funeral. So you would be going on my behalf. Maybe you will feel ok when there.

Thank you. I will definitely go, because I said I would, and I would not let her down. I like Queen too, I am just not used to going out.
The last time I went out with friends was 17 years ago. I will not know what to do or where to put myself.
