Your cats will keep you going. just like my dogs got me though in my early days of grief.I know you’re not impressed with professional people you have spoken to . And it may be to early for you , I attend a bereavement cafe once a month it helps to talk how you are feeling. You can also put on here as well . We all understand as we are going through the same thing. Please take care of yourself.sending hugs to you . :hugs::hugs::people_hugging::people_hugging:

Hugs right back at you! Yes, I think all animals can give comfort, not the same always as your soul partner but certainly better than a lot of professionals. I`ve spent a couple of days hugging my poor kitties hard. xx

I will do when I can work out how to do it, not that clever with tech. And you`re right, they certainly deserve loads of hugs for saving me from myself.

Thank you for letting us all know you are ok.

Tom was getting worried about you.

We have all experienced grief and at different stages and time of this club we didnt want to join.

I promise it does start to ease, im coming up to year 3 without Rob,I still have bad days but I find I function and manage better than I ever thought I would.

Take each day one step at a time, dont rush anything and try to eat a meal each day.

We ate here if you need to chat xx

Dear Helen,

maybe this might be helpful.

Regrettably the pictures added themselves in the wrong order.

The second picture shows the first step and the first one shows the second step.

Wishing you a good and restful night!

Kind regards - Joe

I will try tomorrow, Tom, I`m not on a smartphone, but a chromebook, and not sure whether I have photos stored on it, as I got old fashioned prints at Boots.

First one is Puss Puss, 20 years old blind and deaf, second is Treecat, that I found living in a tree in our back garden. As you can see not a professional photographer, just took these aiming my chrome book at them.
