Good Morning Andy and Everyone
You are spot on that we are the lucky ones to have had a snippet of that very special feeling of having been with the love of our lives but it still hurts like hell.
This weekend has been particularly tough and I honestly don’t know why. I’m usually a cup half full type of person and can pull myself round but it’s a bit of a struggle just now.
I love seeing couples being happy not just at Xmas but anytime and it doesn’t upset me at all I feel joyous for them.
I need to get it together because I’m taking my nine year old granddaughter to the panto tonight and for dinner beforehand so that’s going to be great.
To be honest I know how lucky I am to have family and friends who care but just sometimes I need to crawl in my shell n let the feelings flow even though I hate it.
Hope you n everyone else has a good a day as possible.
The better days will come I’m sure..

Goodnight Johnr, let’s hope for a good Monday. I’m going to meet Ray’s Oncologist to get some answers. Am happy she’s agreed to meet me, I still need to find out results of 2 biopsies, one done a week before he passed, which I find disgraceful and of course the genetic tests they did. He has a brother and sister who are very anxious to know. Wish me luck and hopefully I won’t break down, as the last time I was there, Ray was with me and we heard the dreadful prognosis for his pancreatic cancer.

So weird this life and the ups n downs of emotions.
The weekend was a tad tearful in fact very much so but today I wake up feeling ok..

Horrible wet day here.
Not venturing out but cousin calling later.
Watching a program about Andalusia and Seville my most favourite place ever after living there…
Me n John were going to go and travel inland for a few months next year but alas not happening.
Maybe I’ll go out to family and travel from there with them…..not the same though.

Why not look to see if any companies are offering holidays to the places you want to visit, then you will still be with others that want to see the sights?.
