I’ve been thing exactly the same. My partner and I celebrated two Easters, the western Christian one and the Greek Orthodox Easter as he was Orthodox. He always cooked a lovely Greek style roast dinner. Sometimes even after six months I can’t believe he’s gone.

Hi Heartbroken12 and Helen39 have you thought about listening to guided sleep meditation videos on YouTube they often last three or four hours and in the past have helped my wife sleep. She would put them on really low on her phone under her pillow if she woke up she would put on a new one

Morning everyone
Thanks Tom I’ll try it. Easter egg hunt today so I’m ready with a laundry basket full of treats to hang around the garden. Then off to our son’s to do it all again. Already had a melt down in the garden. Hope everyone’s day goes okay x

Morning Everyone Hope nobody suffered any damage with the wind we had last night. The wind blow a lot of flowers of the camellia plant. And knocked a few obelisk over . Hope everyone gets through the day the best they can.

Well I managed a few hours sleep in the end.
I wish you all a peaceful Easter Sunday and whatever you do I hope you manage to think of your loved one with a good memory and not sad ones. Yes I know more than anything we wish they were here this morning when we woke but sadly they are not but they are always in our hearts.

Thank you everyone. One hunt done, now on my way to do another one. Managed to hide away when it got too much. Kids full of chocolate and happy. Home first to check on damage.
