Hi Plutorising, I’m glad you were happy with the therapist it’s important to like them otherwise there’s little chance of getting anything out of the sessions. You ought to get the nose bleeds locked into, could just be an allergy but it’s better to get it check.

Well now I’m back at mine after my lovely visit with @Johnr it’s back to my new normal of little sleep but never mind.
I’m off out to the gym later this morning, haven’t been since Thursday so I’ll feel that session I’m sure. Then off to meet a friend for a coffee/catch up.

up at 2.30 selling 2 cars today I’ve to meny,keeping my daily runner and my sports car, one a classic car I’ve had for 20 years it was for the wife for when I went but it has not worked out like that, keep my mind busy today, eventually might sell the sports car as I’m getting a bit to old for it ,who wants or needs a pussy puller lol at my age, offers accepted , think I’ll keep it for a bit though but don’t use it much now.

To be honest I’ve always made lists too but now it helps to cross things off, that way I feel like I’m getting somewhere.
Your day sounds full, a good day hopefully. I’ll call the estate agents when they open and accept the offer from the procedable ladies. The other offer sounds a bit dodgy to me so I’m going with my gut as they say. Decisions are hard when you are not used to making them on your own.

Such good news Johnr about the move. It’s so exciting for you and Heartbroken has been a godsend for you helping pack etc. I’m sure this friendship you have will continue in Wales.
Talking Wales, that’s where I am at the moment.
I drove over yesterday late afternoon after having the decorators in I decided better to bring The Prince of Darkness, aka the cat, out of the way because he will just brush up against doors etc so here I am and it looks like it’s going to be a lovely day.
I’ll stay till Sunday so it’s a real chill out time although the people on here are really friendly..
I’m just about getting sorted in my house now, floors down in a week or so and it’s done…
Well coffee time n heating on because although lovely outside it’s rather chilly..
Let’s all try for a decent day if we can..

My brother in law buys and sells classic cars it’s his hobby. He buys wrecks and sells them when they are beautiful again. It’s good to have something that’s keeps our brains busy. I hope your day goes well, sorry you’ve not slept much again x

I have an app on my phone so I can identify which birds are singing. I’ll miss the variety we have at home. Hopefully I’ll be able to tempt some to a new garden.

Yes I’m afraid @Johnr is stuck with me 
mind you at least I haven’t got to unload all of the boxes I/we did. I’m pleased he will be there in time for his bands gigs, which I hope to travel there to see. It was a very long process but he got there in the end. Everything is for a reason they say.

yes they fetch a lot when done up, but don’t want to do them anymore,sold all my engines lifts etc, you cant buy wrecks anymore, I’ve sold my porche a bit ago I bought that it was perfect,but crazy money now, my other sports car a lot after it for 10 times what I paid for it but if I sell it cant buy another, its got a yellow badge on it with a horse, what will I buy next, either a campervan,caravan by the sea,that’s what my sons want me to do, or be silly and get Lamborghini which i always wanted, who knows what to do

My granddaughter who is in her 20s gets nosebleeds when she gets stressed. So it possible your nosebleeds are stress related. It’s worth while getting it checked to be sure .
