I am going swimming this morning and this afternoon putting second coat of the paint on the arbour. The arbour is 2 different colours so it’s took a while to do . I have get my sons help to do the roof as I can’t reach it even with a ladder . Hope everyone has the best day they can .

Thank you , swimming has always been my thing. I used to swim competitively up until being 16 years . Then boys came along, then family ect . I went back to my swimming after the pandemic when I retired. I don’t have the speed any more. I still got the stamina. I now find my swimming helps, I find it therapeutic and I feel after I have been. Hope you have the best day you can .

Afternoon everyone, currently sat in a car park in a very sunny Caernarfon, been to Card Factory, managed to get a lovely Mother-in-law birthday card but the Father-in-law one was naff! but found one for “someone who’s like a Dad” so that well have to do. It’s the FIL one I really needed as it’s next week so needs posting. I then got a mini fish & chips (£6.95), from the same chip shop we’ve been using for years when here. Chatting with the owner he’s actually been there for 30years, I struggled to eat it all! How my appetite has changed I used to polish off large fish with large chips no problem, I think it’s partly the grief & partly the drug trial I’m on. I think I must be on the actual drug and not the placebo, as I’ve really notice a change in my appetite since being on it. It’s related to ‘ozempic’ one of the new slimming drugs, it’s to see if it’s beneficial to diabetics with a family history of heart problems & stroke, helping to prevent them happening.
Off to Morrisons now for a few bits & to fill the car up (ouch!) Might treat myself to a cream cake for tea. Have a good afternoon everone.

Oh we must think.alike I.to.am.out for.once.on my life had a.meeting with the lovely georgina and had a cry then i thought of going and getting a fish and some onion rings I have to go to the other side of town to get them but I am going to get them as I am a ceoliac but iam going to get them just fancy a fish you are right about.your appetite mine changed as well when I lost paul I do not know why and you think I would lose weight oh no I dont I put it on not much fun wish I could lose some weight and feel.better about my self
