Losing a grown up child

I sit here wondering today how do you move on with your life when you have lost a big part of it. I find myself not wanting to do the things I used to do. It scares me sometimes because I am anxious about moving on. Are these normal feelings. I feel that I’m not that happy girl lucky person and I used to be where I wanted to go out and be around people and socialize. I have done some things but not what I used to do.
