@Doughtyj my husband suddenly died in December 2022 unexpectedly. He was 53 years old. I have turned 57 since. Yes Cambridge isn’t that far away and now that they have improved the roads it much easier to get too plus the train goes to Cambridge from Norwich. Xx

I agree your list but would add exhausted after my morning. Just popped to local farm shop and they had some great broad beans, so I started putting some into a bag as they were a favourite veg of my dear husbands’s but not mine. Then I realised, so went into a panic with tears. A lady nearby asked if I was ok, told her I had hay fever!
This nightmare is never going to end, so I treated myself to a large cream doughnut.

So glad you are planning to get together. Sure you will be a great support. I am having a bad day. My chiropodist came and brought roses from her garden. The last time she came we didn’t even know my husband was ill. she could just see him sitting in his chair. That just set me off again.
